Blind Date II is due for completion by Trinity Yachts, USA this summer (2009). This is an aluminium yacht fitted with twin 2250 hp Caterpillar engines and she will cruise at more than 17 knots.
The contemporary interior has been designed by the prizewinning USA designer Patrick Knowles. He has produced a modern and sophisticated look for the yacht which will be the base upon which a new owner can easily put his own personal stamp with his choice of artwork, sculptures and ornaments.
The owner’s full width cabin is split level with double bed on one level and a private lounge area with panoramic views through curved windows on the other. His shower-room and her bathroom are ensuite and excellent wardrobe space is provided.
One twin and three double guest cabins are located on the lower deck. There are two pullman berths in addition.
Blind Date was planned so as to make full use of the exterior deck spaces. Her tenders will be carried on the aft deck. This will allow the owner exclusive use of the huge sundeck – arguably the best of any Trinity Yacht yet built - and the bridge deck where the owners can dine fully shaded from the sun or enjoy the 180° view from the seating area in front of the bridge.
This yacht was conceived with a charter operation in mind and we are confident she will prove to be exceptionally successful on the charter market.
